Hi Kerryann and Bill
We just checked out today and being Sunday the office was not open, so we just left the keys in the room, I hope that was okay.
Thank you we had a great stay and thank you for ensuring that when the hot water system went you attended to it with prompt attention as you know my grandparents became quiet anxious but you Kerryann did everything to ensure that we had a hot shower until the new system was in.
The wine and cheese platter was a great thought for our inconvenience but we still enjoyed our stay.
We all had a lovely stay and thanks Kerryann for taking us down to James Street the first time as you know we are from Dalby so it was kind of you to show us the simpoest method of driving there and for our guided tour so that we could drivre easily to Woolies and back againknow where to go and for the little tour of the area.
We felt really secure there even though we were virtually in the middle of Chinatown.

Hello Kerri-ann
Norman and I stayed with you last week and we really just want to say a very big thank you for your fabulous assistance, laughter and kind heart in our hour of need. We have never had any one go out of their way anywhere else, it was the simple things you did like taking us to Woolworths, printing off the bus time table for us and of course making sure Norm was okay each day.
Everything happened so quickly, but Bundy Base, booked us saying you came highly recommend. You are in a perfect location which enabled Norman to take the bus each day and he could still walk into China town each night without any worries.
Just in general offering above the normal expectations in hospitality.
Since returning to Bundy we have advised all friends to stay, with you.
I have posted the key back and hope that the room was left in a clean and tidy state by Norm.

Hello there,
Just wanted to say thank you very much for this weekend. We had a fantastic time at the Bonapartes, and couldn't have asked for better service. The room was perfect, and the position is great.
As reception was closed, I was unsure what to do with the keys.. so I had left them on the table in the apartment. I hope this was ok.
Once again, thank you very much. We will defientely be back soon, and reccommending your services.
If you could advise the date of which the bond will be deposited into the account, that would also be fantastic.

By the time you get this I will have gone so I wanted to thank you both very much for your hospitality over the past four weeks. I feel that I have kicked off my first year at uni very well and owe much of that to being in a nice apartment, with a friendly atmosphere and no hassles.

Just dropping a note to thank you for your help. Jeremy managed to collect his ticket without any problems and said the concert was "awesome".

Just writing to apologize for accidentally taking one of your keys home after we stayed there in June, 2008, and to thank you for everything that you did for us while we were there.
After making sure the other room put their key on I got home and found my room key still in my pocket. Sorry and hopefully it is enclosed with this letter.
Also, thank you very much for everything that you did for us while we were there. After getting lost in Brisbane north and arriving late with my bunch of kids on the Friday night the help you gave was unbelievable. First Bill helped us put the trailer in the car park and then got us settled. However, droving me in his own car to find the group some dinner and breakfast things goes way past the duties as apartment managers. We ended up going to two or three different places before we found diner and a supermarket for breakfast.
I have taken groups to many places, mainly for tennis and have never had any managers put themselves out as you did. We travel to Brisbane for tournaments at least twice a year for a week and we will always try to book in with you first.
Hopefully we won't get as wet as we did this stay as keeping juniors occupied for a day without tennis is not fun although the fire alarm at the end of the day lightened proceedings.
