  • These are basic standard rates and may vary with seasonal changes and accomodation inclusions.
  • Weekly short term rates inclusive of a weekly service clean and linen change. Conditions of Booking and Occupancy apply once a deposit is paid and the booking confirmed. Conditions will be sent with booking confirmation, includes 2 weeks notice of cancellation to receive full refund, minus $50 administration fee. If 2 weeks notice is not received, no refund will be given unless a booking is received for the same period cancelled.
  • A deposit of $200.00 required to confirm a booking.
  • A 3 or 6 month Lease requires a Bond of 4 weeks rent.
  • Bookings of one or two nights will not be taken more than one month ahead of the booking date. Please call the office for discounted tariffs of bookings for less than one week.
  • AMEX payments accepted (3% surcharge).
