  • These are basic standard rates and may vary with seasonal changes and accomodation inclusions.
  • Weekly short term rates are inclusive of a weekly service clean and linen change. Our cancellation policy is that once a booking has been made, no cancellation is allowed. The $200.00 deposit will not be refunded. If the full accommodation amount is paid, it will be refunded less the $200.00 deposit if cancellation is made outside 14 days of arrival. Date changes are allowed if they are made outside 14 days of arrival. If date changes are made, the guest will be liable to pay the difference if one exists. Moreover, there is no refund for early departure after checkin or if you leave early or simply change your mind.
  • A deposit of $200.00 required to confirm a booking.
  • A 3 or 6 month Lease requires a Bond of 4 weeks rent.
  • Please call the office for discounted tariffs of bookings for less than one week.
  • AMEX payments accepted (4% surcharge).
